Opt-In Consent: By opting in to receive SMS messages from Prolific Ink, you provide your express written consent to receive automated text messages, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and deposit notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact support@prolificink.com or (626) 625-1066.
No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Prolific Ink provides operational infrastructure for tattoo studios and independent artists, including automated client communication, appointment management, deposit collection, and booking systems. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or booking volumes.
Service fees are charged as described in your selected tier. A percentage fee applies to deposit transactions processed through the platform. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Prolific Ink are owned by or licensed to Prolific Ink. You may not use our branding, content, or systems without express written permission.
Prolific Ink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
