By using Prolific Ink's website, booking system, or SMS service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are between you and Derrick John Valerio Jr, DBA Prolific Ink, 2203 E Alaska St, West Covina, CA 91791.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you provide express written consent to receive automated texts from Prolific Ink. Consent is not required for purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointments and aftercare.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP or contact help@prolificink.org for help.
All bookings require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except at Prolific Ink's discretion. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit any deposit paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Prolific Ink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
